3.User configurable Spam controls are now available and are accessible via WebMail.

4.Sciotowireless has recently become aware that some customers are receiving email that states the user must verify their email address according to Sciotowireless user terms. This is NOT the case nor is it in our user terms. We strongly suspect this is a result of a virus on a client machine or the work of a spam operation. Please do not respond to the email that states this kind of information. We do reserve the right to email customers as necessary however, this email is not of Sciotowireless origin.

5.Dial up service changes have been completed to improve service coverage area as well as take advantage of the latest modem and acceleration technologies. V.92 compatibility is now available. Download accelerator is now included with ALL dial-up customers on our standard pricing. Nationwide dial-up access numbers are available and can be obtained from either our support page link or the Sciotowireless Dialer software, which is available for download on our support page. New pricing has been established. Call our office to get further details or instructions for transferring to the new system.
